This is Hank! It's our first camping trailer kitted out with the features that fit our needs with plenty of modifications that we can do to better customizations to the trailer if and when we need them.
We picked up Hank from Hiker Trailers in Columbus, IN in February 2025 and almost immediately got him ready for the 2025 camping season. It's a 5x9 Mid Range in Bronze with the following customizations from the factory:
Spare tire mounted on the front instead of underneath
AC ports in the front for a portable AC/Heater in the future
Driver's side door (Passenger only is standard)
11 lb propane tank mount on the passenger side
Flood lighting all around
Roof Top Tent bars (3 in total to hold up to 600 lbs)
Maxxfan (Moved up to accomodate the roof top tent.
17" galley in the back that is closed off
Black diamond plating on the front and sides
Lock n' roll hitch for those times that we go off the beaten trail and is much more secure for on the road towing
External solar connections for our portable solar panels
We've added quite a few modifications of our own throughout 2025 and we're already planning to add more! Here's what we've done so far:
Topoak 270 degree awning installed on the passenger side
23 Zero Walkabout 72 Roof Top Tent (more on this on here)
LED lighting on all three shelves in the galley controlled by rocker switches
3D printed shoe holders, phone holders, eye glass holders (Because we're blind with out our glasses!)
Custom built wood slat bed frame using 1"x3"x5' wood to help with ventilation underneath the mattress
2nd set of brake lights for better visiabilty (we planned on using our hitch bike mount on the back but was too bouncy)
External USB port to power the LED lights on the Topoak awning
